We hadn't bought a vehicle in several years and always bought pre-owned. This time we decided to buy new. Through family, we were told to speak with David Gonzales when we got to the dealership. I'm glad we did. He is super friendly. He listens to the customers and is really great at matching them with exactly what they need. We were really nervous about buying a new truck, but David did an amazing job explaining everything to us. He even answered a lot of our questions before we asked. He hooked us up with the all-state agent there so we were able to get the truck on our insurance before we left the lot. He made the whole process run smooth and painless as possible. I highly recommend Sand's Chevrolet and David Gonzales to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. If we ever decide to buy another vehicle in the future, I know we are going to Sand's. More

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, so of course I heard all the bewares from family and friends. As I walked up, David greated me. He showed me a couple vehicles and was very knowledgeable about all the features. Now that I had options we went in and talked numbers. At no point did David make me feel pressured! Do not buy any cars from this dealership First time buyer and I received horrible customer service. I signed a deal that was affordable and a week later they called and said I need to come do First time buyer and I received horrible customer service. I signed a deal that was affordable and a week later they called and said I need to come down and go over my preapproval. Which I had no clue what they were talking about because I already signed the deal and all the paperwork the first time. Then they come at me saying the bank that was lending me the loan wanted more . They nearly doubled my monthly payment. I was literally paying for a new car rather than the used one I bought. Plus the finance representative filled out my contract incorrectly stating that I was buying a new car rather than the used one. I ended up returning the car and the finance manager had an attitude. PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP, they will lie to you and do whatever it takes to get you sign and later in come at you with a deal that is not what you signed up for. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else More
