Bought a New 2017 Civic 4 doors for my daughter in July with all the options they’ve offered. In exchange I asked for a complementary windshield Visor. David Gonzales promised to order it for me. After 2-3 months, texted Martin my salesman to follow up. He said he’ll let David know. at the same time I called David. I called David several times but nothing has been done. I came to Honda to order it myself and pay for myself during my appointment for the scratch in front of my Honda’s plastic grill. Haven’t received any courtesy call from the Parts if my order came in. Today I have my first lifetime maintenance at the time follow up on my order, only to find out that I don’t have any orders. I’m not surprised. First expression will stained a lifetime.😡😡😡

We came in to shop for a new Pilot. Vaughn was very helpful, and patient. He explained all the features, and different trims available. Due to Honda special event we decided to purchase a new vehicle. David explained our financing options, and helped us complete the necessary documents. He was very helpful, and friendly. We ended up meeting Danny in Management, another friendly, and helpful gentleman. Our buying experience went smoothly. My wife is thrilled about her new family car.
