Quick IN OUT Friendly Service I took my car in for the first 20k mile service checkup. I used their online scheduling system to reserve a time slot. There were already a lot of car I took my car in for the first 20k mile service checkup. I used their online scheduling system to reserve a time slot. There were already a lot of cars ahead of me when I arrived, but a service writer was walking up to each car in line and writing up the necessary paperwork. He gave me his business card and asked for my cell number to call me when the car was finished. That let me go to the customer lounge rather than sitting in my car, waiting for the line to move. I was told the maintenance would take about an hour and a half, so I was surprised when the service writer came to the lounge and told me my car was finished in just a half-hour!. He went over the service checklist with me and booked my next scheduled visit without any upselling or xx. The cashiers were pleasant and quick (there was no charge for this visit). My wife has a Toyota that was bought at and serviced by another dealer. Every time she goes she complains about the indifference and take-it-or-leave it attitude of their service staff. Charles Maund is tops in sales and service. More
