Another nice maintenance experience with Charles Maund I went to Charles Maund Toyota for 15K miles factory maintenance service last Saturday morning and it's another nice experience as my previous one. Th I went to Charles Maund Toyota for 15K miles factory maintenance service last Saturday morning and it's another nice experience as my previous one. The waiting room is a little crowded and now they have a small breakfast/snack bar offering Taco/hotdogs and other options at attractive price for breakfast in the waiting room. It's awesome! The mandatory soft drinks/coffee and donuts are still the same. I didn't feel that 40 minutes had passed when my car was ready after the maintenance was completed. Everything is perfect except that I may need to replace the air filter soon. Look forward to my next visit at 20K miles maintenance! More

This is how buying a car should be. I researched and located my Highlander online. I had never heard of David Hardy or Charles Maund Toyota in Austin (I'm in Bellville). We reached a f I researched and located my Highlander online. I had never heard of David Hardy or Charles Maund Toyota in Austin (I'm in Bellville). We reached a fair price immediately, no haggling, and set up financing. David gave me a good trade number on my Buick without ever seeing it. We communicated via text (really easy) and took off for Austin with my wife. David met me in the parking lot and took me to the vehicle. It was spotless and backed in, ready for our review and test. David showed me one other similar so we could see various options. It was right by the first one. The rest is history. We drove out and had lunch in a restaurant he recommended. We were back home by 3, all in one day, again, as it should be. More
