Went shopping for my first car and was really lucky to have been paired with Santiago. He was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions/concerns, also with the process of me finally choosing a have been paired with Santiago. He was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions/concerns, also with the process of me finally choosing a car. We came across a few hiccups (none their fault) and Santiago found solutions for all of them, even got my mom a better quote for her insurance. The process took a few days and he communicated frequently and thoroughly throughout. Everyone that helped out with the process was great. First car purchase and Santiago made it real easy. Charles was excellent with communication and helped direct me to the perfect car for me. I originally wanted a different car but it sold the day before I got to the lot. Charles was great and devoted a lot of time and attention to the sale. After my first visit without purchasing a car he followed up with car that may be of interest and created a detailed video so I could se to the sale. After my first visit without purchasing a car he followed up with car that may be of interest and created a detailed video so I could see it prior to coming in. He was always quick to respond and address concerns. Unfortunately his supervisor was more problematic but this is not a reflection of him. Would recommend working with him if in need of a car. More
