Again just a friendly and home type environment. Relating to the Service Dept, I am very skeptical of using dealership service. However, the service was exceptional. The service personnel dealing with the customers were friendly and helpful. They give using dealership service. However, the service was exceptional. The service personnel dealing with the customers were friendly and helpful. They give you a video inspecting under your car. They did everything in the list. I checked that they actually did the work on some items (some say they do but don’t). They did the things I checked and the $250 price for a 15,000 mis checkup was reasonable plus installing Apple display for $400 was worth it that fixed the non-working USB ports of my 2018 Mazda3. This was my 3rd service there. I always look forward to watching g the Big screen TV for news in comfortable waiting area that has an $8000 coffee machine that makes every Cuffe drink imaginable including decaf with a fridge and snacks. This experience could not have been better. The service team is excellent. More
