An Exceptional Car Buying Experience I saw a used Mercedes-Benz online and Aaron Dias called me. When I went to see the car, it was almost closing time and Mr Dias was gone for the day. H I saw a used Mercedes-Benz online and Aaron Dias called me. When I went to see the car, it was almost closing time and Mr Dias was gone for the day. However, the used car salesperson, Greg Foster, was friendly and helpful. I thought about the car for a few days and then contacted Mr. Dias. He advised me that the car was scheduled to go to the auction. I asked him if he'd contact me if the car returned and he said that he would. A few days later Mr. Dias called to advise me that the car was back on their lot. I went back to the dealership that day.and purchased my car the following week, In addition, to Aaron Dias and Greg Foster, Sam Limo and David Hill also assisted in making my experience exceptional. More

Even though I was purchasing a used truck I was treated with a the highest degree of courtesy & professionalism. My salesman, Randall Swindell, made sure that the truck I purchased was in the best condition possible & that all mechanical & cosmetic issues were corrected before I drove it off the lot. During this experience Randall went beyond being just a car salesman and became a friend. William in Accessories and David in Finance were also very attentive and professional. I will definitely seek out potential car buyers among my contacts and send them to Five Star. More

I was exhausted and frustrated by the salesman that will lie to you and say anything to get you to come down to their lot. After I walked out on those places, I called Kelley Blackwell at 5 Star Ford in NRH. Him and Diron Lintz took good care in finding my new F150 that I could afford, and liked. No hidden fees, No smoke screens. Just plain and simple. I asked about a price after my research. And they went out of their way to meet it. David Hill gave me a fair rate on my loan. Showed me the detail of my contract. I had some windows tinted and a "spray in" bedliner done . Then Diron delivered it to my house later in the day. Great service !!. I should have gone to 5 Star Ford in the first place and it would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation. More
