Great Experience When we arrived we were able to look around at cars without dealers shadowing over us and following us. When we were ready to ask questions and get help we were instantly assisted. While test driving, Mark did a great job at showing us all the car features and was not pushy. We sat down to discuss numbers and our price was exactly where we thought it would be thanks to research online (kelly blue book, true car, and the locations website). we did not feel like we were being schemed with hidden fees and extra prices. everything was very clear. We were able to go to lunch and discuss without any 'onetime offers' being thrown our way. Mark took great care of us. Everything was easy and clear. David Hill was great to work with as well. My car was totaled two weeks prior and was towed to their collision center where we dealt with Efron- who was amazing to work with also. He called with every update from the insurance company. This was by far our best car buying experience. More

I bought my first car there in 2009 and was happy to return for my new truck. By just asking for Joshua, the GM, I was welcomed into his office and treated as if I was a long time friend. I knew which truck I wanted and that it was at the Plano store. I gave him the information and he called the GM directly to confirm it was still there. Next he looked up my file and called in my previous salesman Rick Dike. They told me that it was still there and off to the business office we went. There, David Hill took care of getting all the info for getting approved and of course the required offer of warranties. To be honest I hate this part the most. But we got it done at a good price and acceptable payments. I was in and out in about 3 hrs. I had to come back latter to pick up the truck though. When I got there they had their Tech Team there to show me how to work the sync system and other features of the vehicle. They even have classes on the SYNC on Saturdays. I can't think of a bad part of the deal. More

They listed to what I wanted, answered my questions, and provided a great solution to make sure that I left the lot with the options that I wanted on my truck for a good price. Carlos was great at initially walking me through the vehicle, telling me about the options, and answering any questions I had. I returned the following day to complete the process and Chad helped Sherpa me through the final steps of the purchase. No back and forth with the pricing, personal, and very personable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More
