David Jacovides, the GM, even took the time to personally assist to make sure I was properly taken care of and was very straightforward and genuine as always. Our experience at Crown Audi was exceptional. We were buying a car for our daughter to take to college, and Mr. Jacovides guided me to a car appropriate, safe and affordable for her to drive. Usually other dealerships make the paperwork and pick up a tedious affair, but we were thrilled to have everything run so smoothly. I'm so glad our daughter had such a fantastic first purchase experience. (Now she'll be spoiled, so we'll have to only buy from Crown Audi.) This was actually my second purchase from Mr. Jacovides. In Jan of 2010, I bought an Audi Q5, which is the best car I have ever owned!! It's so much fun to drive, and has been simple to maintain. No issues at all. Even though we live in Melbourne, FL, it was an easy choice to return to Crown Audi to get our daughter's Honda. I was certain to receive a fair price and great service. More

I actually purcahsed my car before getting to the state of Florida. Mike was informative with every question I had a very quick to respond. I had recommended Crown Audi to my friends and after today my endorsement will be even more forceful. It is a rare experience in today's world that a business transaction, especially an auto purchase, can be a pleasure and for that reason I wanted to extol the virtues of this firm and its employees. Prior to going to Crown Audi my husband Paul had researched the dealership and the type of Audi A3 TDI Sportback Premium that we wanted to buy. There are only two Audi dealerships in the Tampa Bay A researched the dealership and the type of Audi A3 TDI Sportback Premium that we wanted to buy. There are only two Audi dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area. The purpose of our visit was for me to test drive an A3 and then place a special order for a red 2011 A3. Our original salesman kept on trying to sell me a white 2010 A3 Premium Plus. Curt Kelly, Audi Brand Specialist came to our rescue. He is a true professional who takes pride in doing his job well and will go the distance to provide superior customer service. He even came in at 8 am when he was ill to take a picture of our A3 and email it to us at 8:15 am so that we knew it had arrived. It is because of his honesty and because he answers all phone calls and emails and he is just a wonderful person to deal with that will bring us back to Crown Audi. Ann & Paul Evans More
