I felt as though I had known them for a long time and would like to play knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I felt as though I had known them for a long time and would like to play golf with them or have them over for a barbecue. I love David Jacovides! There were no loose ends. I was not familiar with the Audi, but they gave me a great cross sectional tutorial. I drove away feeling wonderful about my new car and have had no second thoughts. My husband and I have been Crown Audi customers since 2007. We have been extremely satisfied with the entire dealership. The sales department is friendly and easy to do business with. Jared, in the business office, still greets us by name every time we come into the dealership. He has made us feel extremely valued and appreciated. David, the general manager, has proven his integrity to us during the purchase of our third Audi, this past December. However, what we like the most about Crown Audi is the service department. Brian and Evan not only greet us by name when we come in, they remember our company name, and what we do for a living. We hear them do the same with other customers too. They truly make us feel like we are a part of the Audi family. Brian and Evan have always been honest with us regarding our service needs, the work is completed as promised, and their knowledge is outstanding. I would also have to say that the guys working on our cars, behind the scenes, deserve a lot of credit. Afterall they are the ones that keep our cars in top condition. We have never been treated so well by a dealership. We would not consider going anywhere else for service on our cars. Have purchased many luxury cars at other dealerships and being a woman I have found that not all of them have been receptive to me. Not the case at Crown Audi, I was treated with respect, and integrity which I appreciate. Joel treated me like a friend, and who wouldn't trust and buy from a friend. David was upbeat and approachable, not all managers would take the time that he did. Paul made the finance process easy and not so tedious like I have experienced at other places.
