Such a disappointment I bought a beautiful car from this dealership but my salesman (Shea Hammond) was not very knowledgeable about the equipment in the car. I asked him for a user manual and he told me to buy one on Amazon or use you tube. I pressed him for a manual and he finally agreed to order one for me as well as a second license plate holder as I need front and back in my state. I am an out of town buyer so I had to leave without it. Also, there was a defective button, which I pointed out to him but he was unable to get that fixed before I left. So, now 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for the manual and plate holder-I spoke with a manager (David James) but he also failed to get back to me as he promised. So I called the parts department and discovered that the parts had NOT been ordered until a few days ago! I did get the button fixed at a local dealership without any trouble-thankfully they were great. UPDATE: David James did come through with a virtual manual which I had printed and was reimbursed that cost. David has contacted me several times to update this review, so here ya go. I would proceed with caution with this dealership...it appears the owner only wants to see positive reviews and applies pressure to staff and customers until he gets what he wants. If there is any type of issue with your car, do not drive it off the lot until whatever the issue is gets fixed. More

The entire staff was cordial, and genuinely caring that I got the right car. He also helped me locate a body shop so I could replace the current hood with an original; I was delighted. I can't say enough good about Shae. He was such a professional, yet friendly as to break down barriers; the best experience I ever had buying a car. Highly recommend Shae Hammond and Certified Benz and Beemer. You will not be disappointed. I do not have the name of the guy who prepared the sale documents, again no pressure, which I appreciated. This was by far the easiest and most efficient purchase I have made....and I have had 7 BMWs, 2 Mercedes,, and 4 Jeeps; I know good service when I see it; and was very pleased with the excellent service provided by Shae and his team. More

I am more than happy with the vehicle and was blown away by the stress-free, zero-pressure environment CBB offers. Jesus was very accommodating, friendly, and his primary goal, as he says, is to make sure his buyers are "Happy One-Hundred Percent!", Jesus and CBB made true on that promise. During the closing process, there were some specifics I wanted to make sure were handled with the car, as well as during the financing process, to which each response was always, "Yes, I will look into that!
