From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle, until I drove off the lot a week later, I was treated like a preferred customer and given first class service. No pushy sales tactics only honest communication, and respect for my questions and concerns. The trade in value of my vehicle was lower than I anticipated. I felt selling it elsewhere would be more beneficial for myself. Tim and the team at CBB totally understood and wanted me to pursue the option that worked best for me instead of trying to push to get the trade in deal done that minute. Again honest and respectful. The paperwork was drawn up, quickly and efficiently. Tim assured me that they don’t put their stamp of approval on any vehicle unless it is in top notch condition. They didn’t disappoint. The car was delivered in like new condition with well wishes and a handshake from Tim. I highly recommend CBB for top notch vehicle and service. If you have the opportunity ask for Tim Smith. More

Buying experience was very pleasant. Dana Rowe was very low keyed and I did not feel pressured at any point. Trade in value was very fair and finance worked to get a lower rate.
