Where to begin....I was looking to trade a financed car in to this dealer. SO like most buyers....I did my homework- checked Kelly Blue Book for trade value, looked at credit scores-even had a pre qualific in to this dealer. SO like most buyers....I did my homework- checked Kelly Blue Book for trade value, looked at credit scores-even had a pre qualification from Capital one the day before going which I declined their offer. I was looking to actually get a late model used, but my sales person said it would have to be a new car. So a car was selected- after 3-4 hours in- I was asked to change my insurance to new car which I did, so I thought this was a good sign. I told them %500-550 was max I could do and assumed this was realistic has they given me a fair value for the trade in- instead they went $3500 below KBB trade in as the car was perfect inside and out. So a new car director who I didn't catch hi name (good for him) comes over and said can we get different signers or perhaps get a used car. (**Keeping in mind that initially my sales person David told me had to be new only!!**) So at this point I was disgusted with the dishonestly that was portrayed when I want a used car anyway from the start !! SO, David hands me my key and registration and say he will call back in a couple hours. This never happened. ..I had to text him and he replied giving himself kudos for the attempt which he was never honest about to begin with! So I do not recommend this dealer to anyone who wishes an honest sale, its the same as Bill Heard back in the day, just a different name. More

Everything went way faster than expected. Staff communicated great- we had a 3 hour drive one way so I wanted to make sure everything was organized before coming. The car was ready for me and was even better than the pictures. The *only* thing I was disappointed about was the undisclosed fees. The dealer fee is listed on the website but didn't include the paperwork fee and tint/brake thing. This was over $500. But we worked it out and were able to get the car we wanted within our budget. As far as the pandemic/covid protocols, there was quite a bit of staff not wearing masks. It was mostly in employee only areas but the staff seemed to match the customers they were working with. I was impressed they took our temperature and had hand sanitizer and masks available as soon as we walked in. Our salesman wore his mask the whole time. I'm 7 months pregnant and have no interest in getting sick so this was appreciated. I was very happy with our overall experience and I LOVE my new car. More

Working with David was great. My wife had actually spoke to Brooke the day before, however we was not working the day of the purchase. I called to verify some details of the vehicle and the receptionist was to Brooke the day before, however we was not working the day of the purchase. I called to verify some details of the vehicle and the receptionist was very helpful. I showed up the same day and David had everything ready and afte a brief test drive the deal was simple and low pressure. All in all process was about 2.5 hrs, howeve they have a dedicated tech specialist on site to show you all the features of vehicle. I would totally recommend Stingray to anyone and have them ask for David, although a shout out is needed for Brooke, as she took the time to speak with my wife the day prior and get things in motion. No doubt she would have provided the same service. Thanks Stingray crew, very please with purchase and overall experience!! More
