I arrived 20 mins before closing time and you would have never known it based on how the salesman Phil dealt with me. I gathered the info I needed, and went home. Got a follow up thank you note for visiting and I texted Phil to tell him I would be back. I went back, went over the different option packages available, discussed the available rebates and incentives, and we had a deal. I scheduled a time to pick up the car, and they were waiting with open arms for us. The sales manager was a low-pressure type guy as was my sales rep. The delivery process was efficient and went as expected. Everything was explained, copies of all docs were handed over, they paired the Bluetooth to my wife's phone and off we went. Got a follow up call the next day to make sure we were happy and if we had any concerns. Totally professional at every turn!! More

Steven Walder he is also a very nice finance manager. Very straight forward and he never pushes you for additional protection plans that you think you actually don't need on your new car. There are few Infiniti dealerships around where I live that are so much closer than Salerno Duane but I don't even bother to visit them. It was well worth 35 miles drive thank you Kevin! More

I got in touch with Kevin Tonero, who provided a very attractive price via email. This is unheard of, typically you have to spend hours before a dealership starts to give you something reasonable. I was reluctant to drive 60+ miles not knowing if it will bait and switch, or they low ball me to make up the difference in trade, but again, they surprised me with very reasonable price. I am glad that I contacted Salerno Duane. Look at the hundreds of raving reviews they have on dealerater, that should be enough to give them your business. More
