I started with the Salerno Duane organization in 1978 as a salesman at Jim Salerno Pontiac in Randolph. My wife, Janet and I have resided in Morris County since 1980. We have one child, a son, Scott. We recently became grandparents. I am a movie and theatre buff and enjoy going to New York City to see shows as often as we can. I also enjoy following NFL football, MLB baseball, and NHL hockey. Though I root for all of the New York area teams, my favorites are the Jets, Yankees, and Devils

Unexpected Exceptional Sales Experience As a long time multiple Nissan owner, my wife and I decided to look at the Infiniti line and went to Salerno Duane because it's close to where we live As a long time multiple Nissan owner, my wife and I decided to look at the Infiniti line and went to Salerno Duane because it's close to where we live. From the time we walked in the door we were welcomed and immediately introduced to our salesman Scott K. In my 30+ years of buying cars, he was without a doubt one of the most professional and straight forward I've ever encountered. While we were planning on buying a car In a couple of months, Scott and Salerno Duane made it such a good experience we bought the QX60 that same day. Honestly we came in excited about the car and were likely to end up buying it in time. However, given the experience and how much my wife loved the car, we couldn't be happier now that we just picked it up last night. Overall, an outstanding experience. Assuming we'll love our new Infiniti as much as we did the sales experience, we may just be Salerno Duane Infiniti customers for a long time to come. More

I pretty much knew exactly what car on the lot I wanted since the website was so well done. I sent one email and Bill Gusta got right back to me, got the process moving, scheduled a test drive, made sure the car was on the lot when I was due to arrive, and in less than an hour and a half I had signed paperwork and scheduled delivery. Bill was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and didn't play any of the usual sales games you might expect. Just honest, efficient, straightforward, and transparent. When it came time to pick up the car the entire sales team was just fabulous -- Danielle helped show me around my new car, Bill hooked me up with David Kasliner, and we were good to go. I felt very taken care of and cared for as a human being by David -- I really felt like he actually cared that I got what was right for me. (Plus, the cappuccino is excellent...which certainly helps!) I would definitely buy another car from this fabulous team. Thanks, everyone, for a great experience. More

Exceptional customer service with no hassles! Travis was our assigned rep through the Costco auto program, and he was extremely professional and friendly when we arrived. He sat us down to gauge the type of vehicle that best for our needs. He was a wealth of knowledge and answered any all questions that we had about the 2015 QX60 AWD and all the additional packages that we decided on purchasing. He gave us a pricing sheet with a large discount off the MSRP price and explained what the discounts were for as well (Costco+dealer incentive discounts). Suffice it to say we were sold right away, we were able to pickup our car in 1 business day. It was honestly the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend purchasing from Salerno Duane Inifiniti in Denville. David was the finance rep and he did a terrific job of explaining the contracts that we were signing. He also was very thorough with explaining the warranty information and other conditions of the purchase. I left the dealership in my new car feeling confident in my purchase because I know David covered everything and made sure my mind was at ease before I left. Danielle sat with my wife and I in our new car and went over every single feature and button in the car to make sure we knew all the options our car came with. She was thoughtful, insightful, and patient in her explanations. She saved me the time of have to read an entire manual with a 20 minute demo of what the car can do. She's even willing to repeat it as many times as necessary, all you have to do is show up at the dealership when you have questions about the cars functionality. Salerno Duane in Denville offers exceptional service by exceptionally well informed people for the ultimate car buying experience. More

I knew I wanted the same car so I started shopping CPOs on the Internet. I contacted a few dealers, including the dealership I had previously purchased two vehicles at. But when I spoke with Betsy Starch at Salerno Duane Infiniti of Denville, I was immediately impressed by her knowledge, professionalism, friendliness and attentiveness to my needs. Following our first conversation, she immediately emailed me information and followed through on contacting me to ensure all my questions were answered. From the first day I went in to look at the vehicles to the day I picked up my car, Besty and the entire team at Salerno Duane were so accommodating and attentive and seemed to genuinely care that my experience was positive. There was a slight issue upon delivery of the vehicle, which was resolved immediately and handled very professionally. The entire team took an interest to ensure that my needs in resolving the matter were met beyond my satisfaction. The service department was involved with resolving this issue and I was equally impressed by their courtesy, attentiveness and professionalism. Unlike my experience with the previous dealership I purchased from, the service department was reachable via phone and actually returned my phone calls! I am so pleased with my experience and highly highly highly recommend this dealership and Betsy Starch. All any customer wants is to be treated with respect, dignity, and courtesy and this dealership not only met, but exceeded these expectations. More
