Every single time my vehicle is in for service there’s either a dent or scratch or damage. Every single time sadly I’ve purchased the vehicle there so I have to return it for certain services. However, the mechanics that do the work are subpar in my opinion. I’m now having to inquire into what’s wrong with my vehicle after their service. Definitely not taking it back there ever again. More

After 4 prior new car Experience a I would describes this as my absolute worst car by experience. I purchased my vehicle and it spent its first week at the delish due to them not addressing numerous is this as my absolute worst car by experience. I purchased my vehicle and it spent its first week at the delish due to them not addressing numerous issues. Now 2 weeks after my purchase I have been to the dealership 4 times with my 5th appointment to address moving issues scheduled for Wednesday. The sales department will push you to purchase the vehicle and have you test drive it and go straight inside and make you feel pressured to go inside and spend no time looking at the vehicle you’re interested in. Once your sale is complete good luck getting any support or a call back from anyone. The service department is much better but I feel the influence of the sales department. My vehicle went back under the guidance of the general manger and came backs twice with issues to include a nail in the tire from the dealership to which they told me no issues. In actuality they had maxed my tire pressure in what I can assume was hope of me not noticing the ongoing unrepairable leaks that they ultimately had to replace the tire at their expense after I addressed The Prime after Two separate visits. I am now on my 5th visit and have had requested a call back from the general manger and get no response. I have A terrible water leak that I now feel was a know issue like the last 4 issues I’ve had. This dealership will hope you don’t notice a problem until after they can charge you for it then pretend they’re doing you the favor by trying to make it right. But ultimately, they still will fall short. More

The service at Palmer is always good! Interesting though... I started getting a squeek in my Perfomance Exhaust engagement and recommendation is extensive replacement of exhaust parts. However, one of the service writers shared that the squeek is common and that white lithium grease will fix it. $6 later the squeek was gone. Not sure why the service tech in the back couldn't have applied the grease... More
