I’ve had 2 service dealings with this location since buying a used 2019 Jeep elsewhere. One was for a recall, which they performed but took the entire day to accomplish, and one was to remove locking lu buying a used 2019 Jeep elsewhere. They took an hour to do this and then charged me $150 for it after not giving me an estimate up front at all (so I naively assumed it would be free/cheap). Both experiences were frustrating compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with over the last 15 years. More
