department at Palmer Dealership. The appointment system simply does not work.
I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and brought my car in as plan
department at Palmer Dealership. The appointment system simply does not work.
I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and brought my car in as planned. Nothing was done, and I was told to pick it up and bring it back the next day. I did exactly that — and once again, nothing happened. No work completed, no clear explanation, and no proactive communication.
To make matters worse, I had to call them myself just to get a status update, only to be told to pick up the car and bring it back yet again. This is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Appointments should mean something, especially when customers are arranging their schedules around them.
