The Service Manager....Not the greatest. He's never polite and I always feel as if we are not welcomed there for service. He's never in a good mood and anytime you ask a question he gets upset. He told me I'd have to wait 4hrs one day for wiper blades. I looked at him and said "The two minutes you've spent fussing at me you could've already installed the wiper blades yourself". He got upset and told me they weren't hard at all to install. For the money I spent on them, he should gladly replace them.
I was a service manager for a GM dealership, we all knew how to install wiper blades. That was never a service we'd make our customers wait for.

The NIGHTMARE began (2) WEEKS after I purchased my
"certified" used Jeep. It rained and the roof leaked on the side (as I sat in it). The onboard computer failed and did not respond to the key fab, c

The Jeep would not start and had to be towed (50+) miles. The alternate battery malfunctioned and had to be replaced. This symphony of errors caused anger, anxiety, loss of multiple days work and precious time. NEED I SAY MORE ?
The Good News: They replaced the alternate battery and completed the repairs ...(thank God I purchased the warranty beforehand). We will see what happens.
