I would like to praise the Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department for a job well done each time I have provided my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service and issues. They have always pushed to complete Service Department for a job well done each time I have provided my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service and issues. Despite the challenges of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee having issues that are derived from a quality aspect from Stellantis manufacturing, they have always extended themselves to get the issues resolved. David Keller and Kim Keyes have provided due diligence to rectify any concerns or issues in their control quickly. I appreciate their attention and efforts to all my concerns and problems.
