We came in for an express service. The service advisor, Andrew, said we would receive a text when the vehicle was ready. 2 hours later and no text message. When we went to service to u The service advisor, Andrew, said we would receive a text when the vehicle was ready. 2 hours later and no text message. When we went to service to understand what was going on, they said that Andrew had gone on break and that the vehicle had been ready for a while. When I buy a new Jeep, which we will soon, I will not be coming back to Palmer. Get your act together. More

The service department was not accommodating at all. Customer service was horrible. Kimberly was the nicest person there and she did a great job. Service wasn't like this when Roberto was there. Service advisor was very helpful, she took time to give me an appointment as well accurate time line to repair. It took 3. 5 hours for a basic oil change while I waited. Finally went to see what was going on and found the advisor had gone to lunch and my keys had been sit 5 hours for a basic oil change while I waited. Finally went to see what was going on and found the advisor had gone to lunch and my keys had been sitting on the desk outside for 30 min. I had to find someone to check me out. Glad no one walked up and picked up the keys and left with my GC. Not planning to return. More
