Absolutely no communication from Rothrock. It took almost a month to complete what was estimated as a 6 day fix. They spent the first 7 days without even looking at it only getting the estimat It took almost a month to complete what was estimated as a 6 day fix. They spent the first 7 days without even looking at it only getting the estimate after a week. Had to keep calling and calling to get any information. Estimated completion date kept changing and they still didn’t call to tell us. The woman at the front desk was nice but had no information but at least we could get a hold of her 65 percent of the time. As for the estimator or whatever his formal title is it was constant calling, leaving messages, it was a non stop struggle to get a hold of this guy. All in all the lack of communication was more frustrating than the amount of time it took and we definitely won’t be going back. More

Our vehicle had damage to the undercarriage. Our insurance company gave us a few choices of repair shops but this one had the highest rating, so we chose to use them. Customer service went above and insurance company gave us a few choices of repair shops but this one had the highest rating, so we chose to use them. Customer service went above and beyond to get our vehicle towed to their location even though it was not their responsibility to tow it. The insurance company fell short on their end. Estimate came back in a timely manner and it was full explained how long it would take to get parts in and repairs completed. Car runs smoothly and in great working order. Very pleased. More
