Never experience with bad attitude, bad customer service. The salesman David is suck and really hard to talk to. Never want to talk to this man again. Manager is nice n understanding, only wish purchasing Document n service check up could done faster instead of 3-4 hours waiting. Great experience with David and Brad! I was surprised by the added cost over MSRP (market adjustment) and the website trade in value (Kelly Bluebook) was not what they used to calculate m I was surprised by the added cost over MSRP (market adjustment) and the website trade in value (Kelly Bluebook) was not what they used to calculate my trade in (Kelly Bluebook was 3 thousand dollars more). Loved the no pressure sales, all involved couldn't be nicer and never pushy. e-mail sent w all my paper work-couldn't view or print, it asked for a password, have no idea why.
