What an easy transaction-and car buying experience! David made it so easy and fun! This is my 2nd MINI with Herb Chamber, so I already know some information about MINI, However, I still needed the sale David made it so easy and fun! This is my 2nd MINI with Herb Chamber, so I already know some information about MINI, However, I still needed the sales persons guidance based on my needs. I came in Saturday evening (about 1.5 hours before showroom closing time, he was patient and stayed late to help me finished up the transaction), by 7 pm, I am the owner to a new MINI Clubman. David is very knowledgeable and he listened to my needs (budget) and wants, and was able to find me a GREAT LOOKING NEW MINI from his current inventory. When I picked up my vehicle on Tuesday, he took the time to showed me the options & amenities my new MINI Clubman has to offer. I have the car for little over a week now, and really enjoy motoring! Wonderful Experience I had initially gone into Herb Chambers in Boston to lease a Mini in February of 2017. I was supposed to have already closed on a new condo, but it w I had initially gone into Herb Chambers in Boston to lease a Mini in February of 2017. I was supposed to have already closed on a new condo, but it was being delayed. I wanted a new car so I decided not to wait. David was assigned to me and I explained to him what I needed. The price was very important because I may be retiring in a few years and I didn't want to be stuck with an exorbitant lease payment. David and I worked together until we found a deal that would work. Unfortunately, my soon-to-be-mortgage bank highly advised me not to lock into any major purchases or leases until after I closed on the condo. I had to cancel this deal, but I told David that I'd be back once the condo closed. The condo finally closed in June and I popped back in to see David on 4th of July weekend. I felt like he was already my friend! I had been following the Herb Chambers holiday weekend sales on line and insisted on a car in inventory for the advertised lease price. David and I worked out a deal and I had my car!! I am not an easy person to deal with sometimes, and I appreciated that David remained smiling and gracious throughout our transaction. I also worked with Moustafa on the financing, and he was very friendly, meticulous and engaged. He explained everything very clearly and I could tell he took pride in his work, just like David. It's very rare to find this quality in the customer service realm any more. After a few days, I went back to pick up my car, and David sat with me in the car for a long time explaining how everything worked. I was very appreciative because I hadn't driven a car yet with so many "electronics." I then ordered some mirror covers and had to go back the next week to pick them up. Once again, David came out and installed them for me! He really went way beyond what one would expect for a salesman. You usually think that once you sign on the dotted line, they are on to the next sale, forgetting all about you. Not David. He has since called me a few more times to make sure I'm doing alright with the car. I would recommend David and all the showroom people I met for a wonderful experience. And speaking of the showroom - I just love the place! The cars are so gorgeous, and they have a lot of Mini "stuff" you can buy. It's a very lively place with a lot going on, and it's a really fun place to visit! Bravo!! More

I must say I was awestruck by David Lopez's and Moustafa Hamouda's attention to detail, their patience and willingness to spend time with me and my spouse to answer all my questions (and I had many). David really keyed into what a big step this felt like to me, and didn't pressure me at all, working with me at a manageable pace. Moustafa went through all the options and financing, spending a full hour with me. I think they have exceptional customer service skills, are both great listeners and are really attuned to their customers. They are both fabulous and I highly recommend working with them. More

Our third Mini -- all ordered through David Lopez I was time for my wife to get a new car and she researched it pretty studiously. I just watched -- it was her project. She decided upon a Mini Countryman and, through a friend's advice went to Herb Chambers Mini in Boston. i followed and watched. David Lopez was the salesman. He was attentive, a good listener, and helped my wife find a uniquely colored Mini (white top instead of black). We got a good deal and the car performed well (we leased it). She leased a second car and continued to be pleased. Just this month my 14-year-old car began to bite the dust so I looked around. I was considering a convertible but not necessarily a Mini. To make a long story short, we leased our third Mini through David. Again, he found a car in NJ (it's hard to find a manual transmission) with just the right options and we were able to get the monthly payments where we wanted them. David has been working at Herb Chambers for quite awhile and is totally knowledgeable with what features are available and what cars are available. All of our questions and requests were answered without delay. And they were accurate. All three of our experiences were a pleasure from start to finish. I made his job more difficult by wanting a manual transmission and a light color. David searched until he found the perfect car. The whole negotiation and final purchase and pick up was quick and easy. There was no sweating me out while he went to see what his manager could do. David made car buying enjoyable. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a new or used Mini. Oh and he really knows his stuff about Minis. More

I have never shopped at a Herb Chambers dealership before. However, on several occasions my wife and I have enjoyed your billboards on route 93 heading into Boston from the south shore. But although we enjoyed the clever ad lines, it didn't necessarily motivate us to buy with Herb Chambers. What inspired us to continue past an appreciation of your advertising was the personal service and attentiveness we received upon making an inquiry to your Mini dealership. Within 19 hours of discussing our needs with Mr. David Lopez, we had a car that was not on the lot picked up by Mr. Lopez personally and driven to your dealership for our inspection. It was exactly as requested, with the soon-to-be-made customizations clearly documented - the paperwork all prepared. At exactly our appointed time, the car was available as requested for a test drive. By hour 20, the agreements were signed (Mustafa in finance had everything prepared and efficiently processed), and my wife and I were on our way home - passing some great advertising along the way - and marvelling at how the team at Herb Chambers has managed to actually make buying a car a pleasurable experience. As I mentioned, this was our first car purchase at a Herb Chambers dealership. But thanks to David Lopez - and the team that supports him at MINI, it will not be the last.
