Generally speaking we’re not huge fans of working with car sales persons/dealers, which have been typically marked by pushy and even deceptive tactics. David and the rest of the Herb Chambers team, on the other hand, was not in any way pushy, and overall felt they were open, honest, helpful, and trying to give us the best customer experience possible. I walked in knowing which vehicle I was looking for but didn't know a lot about it. David was very knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work with. He answered any questions I had and also taught me a lot about the car. I never once felt pressured into buying anything which was a huge plus. Finance process took a little longer than I hoped (nothing to do with them) but Justin Shin made things easy and made sure everything was taken care of. During that waiting period, I emailed David with some questions and he would always answer in no time. On pick up day I was running a little late (live an hour away) and I wouldn't be there until after they closed. David made sure I could get the car that day so he stayed almost an hour later until everything was all set, which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend shopping at HC BMW/MINI and asking for David Lopez!! Definitely looking forward to buying from them in the future! More

Great service for my new mini clubman David and the mini team were friendly and professional. He was very patient and knowledgeable about all cars, not just the mini. He let my dog test drive the car with us which really made a difference in my decision to buy the car. David also accommodated several random requests after I signed the financial papers, and took time late in the day after the dealership closed to walk me through the car. The difference about David is that I can tell he really enjoys his job. I feel quite lucky to have him randomly assigned to me when I walked into the dealership. More

Over the top, persuasive sales pitch types make me want to run the other way, but David, being both professional and extremely helpful, did not make me feel this way at all. In fact, I was ready to buy a different brand of car altogether but decided on a whim to check with Herb Chambers MINI. Enter the wonderful David Lopez, Chelsea Capwell and Justin Shin who were a delight to work with! David in particular is just outstanding. I never once felt pressured or talked down to as is so common in the industry. David is thoughtful, responsive, professional and fun to work with.
