I had previously been with another MINI dealer, not Herb Chamber This is now my third MINI, but by far the best experience I've had in purchasing one. I had previously been with another MINI dealer, not Herb Chambers, and the service had left a lot to be desired. In fact, I was ready to buy a different brand of car altogether but decided on a whim to check with Herb Chambers MINI. Enter the wonderful David Lopez, Chelsea Capwell and Justin Shin who were a delight to work with! David in particular is just outstanding. I never once felt pressured or talked down to as is so common in the industry. David is thoughtful, responsive, professional and fun to work with. He located exactly what I was looking for in record time in the price bracket I needed. I hope to always buy from him in the future and would recommend for anyone looking for a postitive experience. David is a buyers dream, he mkes it easy I've used David twice for two car purchases, I can't recommend him enough. My only complaint with the process of purchasing my clubman is that the ma I've used David twice for two car purchases, I can't recommend him enough.
