While at the end of the day we did get the vehicle we were looking for at the price we were looking for, the experience was less than ideal. There were several issues we encountered at time of pick up and the sales manager was rude and seemed as if it was an inconvenience to him that we were buying the car. The sales person we worked with went on our test drive and instead of talking about the car he talked about his vehicle that he purchased and how he used to think the car we were driving was garbage. All of that to be said, we moved over to working with Luke and David after the sale to correct the issues and they have gone above and beyond. We greatly appreciate their willingness to correct the situation. More

I bought a brand new car from them recently. It had 450 miles on it because they drove it from a different state, which was weird. I took it to the dealership the same day and originally they said it wasn’t a big issue, and to come back the next day. Then the next day they said to bring it back after the weekend, so originally they wanted me to keep driving it for 3 days before doing anything. I had to talk to the manager for them to take it that day and give me a rental. The car has been there for 2 weeks and they said they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. More
