WOW!! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Bought my first car 35+ years ago and without question this was the easiest, most transparent and pleasurable car buying experience my husband and I have ever encoun car 35+ years ago and without question this was the easiest, most transparent and pleasurable car buying experience my husband and I have ever encountered. We didn’t have an appointment and in these days of COVID, weren’t quite sure what to expect, but as soon as we walked in the door we were warmly welcomed by Laura. Talking with her was open and easy- no b.s. She didn’t (pretend) to hear what we had to say, she actually listened. Within about 10 minutes she knew our goals and limits, and presented available options. She did not try to oversell, up-sell, or attempt to entice us with features we neither wanted nor needed. In less than 45 minutes we had a win-win deal on the table. Returning a few days later to pick up the car we met with the (usually dreaded), finance manager. NOT our experience, Dave was great— another open, easy, honest and informative conversation w no pressure. Laura and Dave may have different roles but here’s what they have in common: both are highly professional and very knowledgeable, yet down to earth and “real”. No b.s. If I had to pick one word to sum up our experience it would be: RESPECT. Laura was respectful of our time, our goals and our parameters- and it worked beautifully! Things were no different with Dave. Everything was crystal clear when signing those last documents- no questions and no b.s. Bottom line- I wish I found you when buying that first car, all those years ago. Thank you Laura! Over the past many years we have purchased 4 new Subarus and also brought them all in for regular service. After being given an Ascent as a loaner car during a long regular service (thanks Dan) of course we fell in love with it. Although we weren’t in the market for another car we just couldn’t pass up the Ascent after driving it. Dan went out of his way to get the ball rolling for us. John as usual gave us a great deal and literally ran around the dealership in 95 degree heat to get everything ready for us, He is always friendly and takes the time to answer all our questions and explain everything. The finance guy was great too! Went over the various options and wasn’t pushy about it at all which was refreshing. We just can’t imagine going anywhere else. More

We gravitated towards Subaru b/c of it's reputation for quality cars plus AWD and we were not disappointed. I reached out through the website and Ashley got back to us really quickly and set up a test drive. We worked with Al Pagliarulo for the sales and he was excellent. We felt zero pressure, he was enormously accommodating about our Covid-19 needs and answered all our questions and ran all over the place on a really really hot afternoon. We worked with David Marcoux for finance, but not 100%. It's hard. We were all wearing masks. He was also excellent though! Basically the whole experience was top notch. I've never spent so much money without buyers remorse. Felt great. Thank you! More

I have gone to another dealer to buy a different vehicle just a couple months prior and the service I received is the exact opposite of how I was treated at Patrick Subaru. That’s honestly why I came back and traded in the other car for another Crosstrek. Car is beautiful and I love it! Thanks Joe D!
