This dealership is honest from the minute you walk through the door. Cars are scarce right now and it’s a tough market. Patrick Subaru did not significantly inflate their prices like other dealers in through the door. Cars are scarce right now and it’s a tough market. Mike did a great job explaining the car buying process and was helpful every step of the way! He did a fantastic job explaining how to use the different functions of the vehicle at the time of pickup. I was afraid my not-so-tech-savvy self was going to drive away not knowing how to use most of the settings. Not the case thanks to Mike! I appreciate all the time he spent with me explaining things. Good Service. Tough times because of Covid/Supply chain issues so financial impact is quite visible in how the service is being provided at Patrick's! My last 4 cars have been purchased at Patrick, so was issues so financial impact is quite visible in how the service is being provided at Patrick's! My last 4 cars have been purchased at Patrick, so was somewhat unhappy with the deal I was offered. I was also surprised with the finance rate offered given minimal current rates. I can understand Patrick wants to work with different banks to maintain a wide portfolio but it appears that Customer' are not being offered the best finance rate. Hopefully things will improve!
