Mr. Moody is very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for your next purchase of a car. Johnny Canaday from the finance department was very through and explained the purchasing process with great detail. I however was not impressed with Mr. Lawson's lack of attention to my questions I had on the trade in value of my vehicle. His lack of professionalism and total disregard to any question I had was highly unprofessional and I would NOT recommend involving yourself with Mr. Lawson in the process of trading in or purchasing your car at Honda of Columbia. One bad apple should not spoil the bunch. I will give a 5 star rating on the dealership given the kindness, efficiency and thoroughness that we experienced with Mr. Moody and Mr. Canaday but with all due respect do not involve yourself at all with Mr. Lawson. More

Quest for a Hybrid David was enjoyable to work with. I told him what I was looking for and quickly he identified several vehicles that fit the requirements. After selecting a vehicle, we discussed selling price and down payment versus monthly payment. That was done very quickly without him disappearing to go 'consult' with management. Within fifteen minutes of sitting down with him, we had a vehicle selected with a down payment and monthly payments that fit my budget. When I went to the financial consultant Jeff Joseph there were no surprises. He did point out three options that I had not thought of. I liked and actually selected two of those options. With a minor tweak on the down payment the monthly payments stayed very close to the amount David and I came up with. Those two made purchasing a vehicle about as stress free and enjoyable as can be. I just hope the service department lives up to the same standards.... More
