We brought in our old Outback to get appraised, and Lauren and her team got us out a few hours later in the new Outback we’d been looking for. It could not have been smoother. Working with Lauren Hirshowitz was a pleasure. She was easy to work with, did not pressure me at any time, and kept me up to date on the status of my incoming new Crosstrek.
