Lauren was the salesperson I chose to work with after hearing great things about her from my neighbors. This was my fourth Subary lease and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle features, provided a detailed walk through and it was very pleasant negotiating a deal with her and her team. We all wanted to walk away happy from the table and she ensured I walked away feeling great. All of the managers came out to introduce themselves to me and I will for sure be recommending Lauren and the team to anyone else who needs a Subaru. In addition, they had the exact model I wanted on the floor - and I walked out with it less than four hours after I first walked in and drove it off the lot without test driving because it was my fourth Subaru Forester and I knew it was going to be awesome...and it is better than I even imagined! She also followed up with me twice after I took the car home to make sure all was well. I appreciated her follow up and not just feeling like a number! I have found my new favorite Subaru dealership!
