We didn't end up getting out till after 5pm & the service dept was closed & couldn't make the appt there for the addional products to be put on the onyx. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle & feel I was made to feel like i was 2nd class by David. The fun exciting experience of buying a new vehicle became diminished. Maybe if I had been a male the situation wouldn't have happened. More
