Low prices are not their only great quality! A friend recommended Bourne's after we mentioned our frustration at another dealership. We did some looking online and found their prices to be the BEST around, so we picked a few cars and went to see them in person. We found our perfect car for $5000 less than the other dealership listed the same model. Our financing took some extra time (since we are both self employed) and we had a big trip coming up. Bourne's went the extra mile and loaned us a van for our trip while we waited for the bank. NOT only that, but we were trading two old cars in and so they actually came to my home with my new plates and drove back my second car for me to save me the trip back, since I could not bring both cars at once. We worked with Mario Lee in sales and David Olsen in financial. They were BOTH terrific. We will recommend them to ALL our friends looking for a new or used car. More

Mario and Dave were great I bought a lightly used Infiniti G37xS and was very happy with my experience. Mario was very responsive and answered all my calls and e-mails before I even came down to the dealership. When I got there he was prepared to help me out and had a very easy-going personality, which put both myself and my girlfriend at ease and made the whole experience better. Dave helped me with the financing and worked with the bank and my insurance company to make my life as easy as possible. I was in my car very quickly and I feel like if I have any issues I can still call them and they would be there to help. Definitely a good team there and would come back. More

Excellent, thoughtful service with no BS After shopping around rather extensively throughout New England, I paid a great price (about 15% under market according to TrueCar) for a 2013 Chevy E After shopping around rather extensively throughout New England, I paid a great price (about 15% under market according to TrueCar) for a 2013 Chevy Equinox LTZ. I'd received a typical welcome email after inquiring about the vehicle, but that was the extent of any sort of harassment or solicitation. David Pair was exceedingly helpful and patient while we reviewed other options within my price range. I decided to go ahead with the Equinox I'd originally inquired about and got handed off to David Olson to handle the paperwork and financing. Even though I'd come in with a pre-approval from my bank with a very good rate, he suggested I give their lending a chance, though again there was no pressure other than the offer to do so. I decided there was nothing to be lost and it was a good choice: they actually came in a half-percent lower than my bank, saving me about one car payment over the life of the loan. The whole process was smooth, not the usual insanity of a car dealership, and everyone was thoughtful and very down-to-earth. Highly recommend them. More

Alyssa Dowgos and David Olson made finding and financing the perfect vehicle an awesome experience. I love that Bourne has a huge selection of makes and models to choose from on their extremely well designed web site. I was able to email Alyssa the links of the vehicles I has interest in and she made sure the vehicles were parked out front of the office for me to test drive when I arrived. You can't ask for better customer service than that. And David's constant communications during the loan acquisition process was outstanding. I am happy to be a Bourne repeat customer and will continue to purchase my families vehicles from Bourne. Great experience and highly recommended!! More

We were told to go see David Pair but unfortunately he was busy helping someone else. Our salesman was Mario. He is a man of few words but got the job done. No pressure at all. Michael Kelly also went out of his way to help us and so did your buyer Russell (who we were fortunate to bump into on the lot). I had to return the day after I had picked up my vehicle to get my plates. David Pair was who helped me that day and for someone who didn't get credit for selling me my car, he went above and beyond helping me that day. I think the "assistant" in Assistant Sales Manager should be removed from his title...I'm sure repeat buyers come back looking for him! Overall wonderful experience and thank you all for your patience with me! Love my new car! More

Good Experience My wife and I bought a car at Bourne's recently, we had a very good experience. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and we waited about 15-20 minutes t My wife and I bought a car at Bourne's recently, we had a very good experience. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and we waited about 15-20 minutes to speak with someone, but once Tanya Marsden came over and introduced herself, everything moved along very quickly. We test-drove a vehicle, decided it was the right one, negotiated a trade in value, and got paperwork and financing done and signed in an acceptable amount of time. We stayed past closing hours, but never were meant to feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience. We were there with our two sons, who enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the football game on the couches in the waiting area. Tanya was especially helpful, she was very friendly, she kept us posted when we were waiting for a couple of minutes for various things, and she very graciously cleaned out the car herself when we said we couldn't come back on Monday to pick it up and other staff members had gone home. That was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Dave Olsen in Finance was very personable and he kept the process moving along quickly. The manager was very nice as well. Overall we had a very good experience at Bourne's. We were repeat customers and will go back again. More

The Assistant Sales Manager, David Pair was a pleasure to work with! He went above and beyond to help us find a car. He is straight forward, efficient and very nice. Everyone that we worked with at Bourne's Auto Center was nice and helpful as well including David Olson, Michael Kelley and Jason Bourne. We will definitely go back and work with David Pair to find a used car!!! More
