From the start we were impressed with how Bourne's handled our used car search. We were looking for a used SUV with three rows of seating and Bourne's had plenty to choose from. Our salesperson, Trevon Hubbard was amazing. He was able to find us excellent options from their large inventory to test drive that fell within our price. When we came back from our first test drive, the three other SUVs were lined up waiting for us. He did all this while he was busy with other customers...talk about multitasking. Additionally, we were impressed with how well Bourne's staff, Caroline Simmons, and Trevon Hubbard communicated with us via email. They were prompt with their replies and were able to answer all of my questions, which saved me a huge amount of time and effort. You don't get that kind of service and convenient communication at many dealerships. Very very impressive. During the process we spent some time with a couple other local dealerships. Bourne's had lower prices, more cars to choose from and as I stated earlier, superior communication and sales staff. We're definitely planning on going back to Bourne's for cars in the future. Highly recommend them and especially appreciate the dedication and effort put forth by our salesperson, Trevon Hubbard. More

They were able to work with us within our budget, help us add some features to the car that we needed (DVD, navigation, back-up camera) and provided a great warranty package. No pushy salesman - just a great team that works together to help you find what is right for you and your budget! Due to some recent family changes, we found ourselves back at Bourne's Auto this past weekend to trade in for a new car. Once again, we were impressed with our experience and left happy. They were even able to put us in the car that we were looking for and lower our monthly payment. Car buying can be stressful and Bourne's Auto makes it easy! Even after purchasing the car, we have continued to use their service department for oil changes and any concerns that we have had. Equally as good of an experience in service as we have had in sales. Highly recommend Bourne's Auto and their team! More

Each time we bought a car, it was a unique experience. This time was no exception. Everybody at Bourne's was easy to deal with right from the start. Our salesman, John Benner, was polite and easy to talk to. We already had two cars in mind when we walked in, a Chrysler town and country and a Honda odyssey, and John was happy to show us just those two cars He didn't try to push a different car on us with old sleazy car salesmen tactics but was more than willing to show us both cars even as one was located at a satellite lot After test driving both we decided on the Honda odyssey. We brought in a trade which the techs at Bourne's went through and gave us a great price for. The best part of our experience was John asked us if we wanted to take the new car that day. That was something that I didn't even think was possible, but it was. Within two hours of walking in the door, we drove out in our new (used) car with smiles on our faces and no regrets or feelings like we got screwed. The best car buying experience we have ever had hands down! More
