We had the vehicle towed to Street and our Service Consultant was Colby, a great guy who kept us informed throughout the ordeal. After delivering some bad news he recommended us to David Ortiz and we could not have been in better hands. We decided to purchase a certified used vehicle and David, along with Shane, made the transaction painless and pleasant. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of and always felt they were there to help. The entire staff were very helpful and we could not be more pleased. We have decided that for our next purchase, we will fly to Amarillo and do business with this dealership. More
