Yesterday we purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox to replace a 7-year-old Equinox that was still running well. Sales manager David Orwig worked several weeks to find the perfect car with the extras we wanted. Charlie Cook stayed in touch throughout the process, and James Knuth sealed the deal with his expertise during the test drive. Jason Holt handled the paperwork quickly and professionally. Do not buy here ! Had my truck in the service department six times for over 40 days and they could still not fix the problem. I was forced to either trade my truck in or figure out the lemon law. Out of desperation I decided to trade back in with the dealer. Hoping they would work with me, since they could not fix my truck. In the end, I lost a lot of money and time. bought several trucks here and so has my family. I will not be buying another truck from Don Ringler. More
