Excepetional service I had the pleasure of meeting BOTH dave and jose who have been awesome throughout my process. My orignal car was totalled the week before and i felt h I had the pleasure of meeting BOTH dave and jose who have been awesome throughout my process. My orignal car was totalled the week before and i felt hopeless.... that is until i met both Jose and Dave. They are both a blessing to me and my family. They were both able to get me i to my dream car and for that i will be Forever greatful. I am so happy i came to bournes first!!! More

Great car at great price . But I feel taken advantage of! My car battery died after 11 months in a vehicle with 12k miles. Tires were mint, engine was mint, and carfax were clean. Only problem was the battery My car battery died after 11 months in a vehicle with 12k miles. Tires were mint, engine was mint, and carfax were clean. Only problem was the battery in the car was swapped out with an old one. Bourne rep said they do that. I explained the car went through a check from ther service team and there is no way anyone doing a check could not recognize the battery was old, with no handle and obviously out of place. HE said I should talk to the service manager. I never got a call back. it cost me $130 to replace it. No biggie but put a sour taste in my mouth! More

Another great experience This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Bourne's (2 for myself and 1 for my mom). Each time the experience has been great. Very easy to deal with and their timely follow up makes for a smooth transaction. Amy returned my on-line submission promptly and connected me with David. David and Carlos were a consummate professionals, working around my busy schedule to get the deal done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Bourne's. More

I received an email with a hassle free price pr I just purchased a vehicle from Bourne's Auto. The entire process was extremely smooth and effortless. I received an email with a hassle free price prior to arriving and test driving. Once I test drove the vehicle, I knew I wanted to purchase it. I worked with David Pair through the process and felt no pressure to purchase. With other dealerships I've worked with in the past, they tell you one thing via email and once you arrive the price changes and there's no way they can offer you that price. This was not the case at all with Bourne's. It reminded me a bit of CarMax with the hassle free pricing. I was also surprised by the massive size of this dealership and the amount of inventory to choose from. From this point forward I will never go to another dealership. I wish I knew about this place during my last car buying experience. More

David was not only knowledgeable but also very easy to work with and I felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I also worked with Carlos Machado for the financing aspect and he too was very easy to work with and helped make the process a smooth one for me.
