Honest, straightforward salesman, David Pair was fantastic. He took the awful car buying experience and made it as pleasant as possible. Detailed before we left Bourne... the car looks great. Waited for our turn with finance a little bit longer than I would've liked. Once in that room - very efficient! Three hours for entire process. Snacks while you wait but trash overflowing in snack area- the only thing I would change. More
