I informed him about the Nissan I had saw online and in a couple of minutes it is up front and waiting for me to test drive it, by myself which I really appreciated. When I get back, Mr. Pair asks if I am still interested and I inform him that I am. He tells me to take another test for confirmation. I come back and inform him my credit situation isn't the best and he said he would still try and make something happen, which he did. Before coming here I was skeptical due to the harassment I received from other dealers in the area especially since I have been going alone. I first called Bourne to ask about pricing and a quick estimate on my trade in. David assured me of the estimated value of my trade in over the phone, so the very next day I went and within 3 hours I drove away in the jeep with the biggest smile on my face. David was professional, pleasant and placed no pressure on me at all! He is not your typical car salesman! Andrew was also very nice, he gave me all the numbers and explained all scenarios. He took his time explaining everything, where other places try to hide numbers. I got the deal I wanted for my trade in without any negotiating.
