An Astounding Experience I had been shopping around for vehicles for a few months, knowing my then current lease was coming due when a friend recommended Bourne's. I wasn't su I had been shopping around for vehicles for a few months, knowing my then current lease was coming due when a friend recommended Bourne's. I wasn't sure if I was going to get a new or used car. I took a look at there site and found a vehicle I thought I could only dream of affording. I decided to call Bourne's and see if I could take the vehicle for a ride and see how it was. I was lucky enough to get David Pair on the phone who said he would have the car up front waiting for me, and he did. I took the car for a ride, and a few days later I decided to purchase it after doing my research and talking to David about the vehicle. (Which was in great condition.) Upon starting the purchase process Bourne's employees walked me through the entire process with a smile and friendly attitude. David showed me where I can sit, and use there WiFi, while they look for the best rate for me to finance the vehicle at. Carlos Machado took me through everything from what my APR was to GAP insurance and extended warranties giving me all the information to make an educated decision that I was confident in. After all the paperwork was done, they cleaned the vehicle, register it and off I went. I was fortunate to meet Mike Kelley as well. We talked while the car was being registered, cleaned, etc, and he gave me even more confidence in my purchase discussing with me some of the items that they look over in the inspection of the vehicle, and the care the take with all there vehicles, and care they give to there customers. While the deal was already done, he kept the experience going and made me comfortable in not only my purchase, but that they can handle anything that comes in the future regarding the car, or future cars. All I can say is the experience was phenomenal! I definitely recommend these guys, and will be back for my next car. More

Bourne's even worked with me until the close of business, working against the clock to get my car registered before the end of the day, so that I could drive home that night. David Pair was a pleasure to work with and gave me his honest opinion on a number of make and models. I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i and couldn't be happier. The most impressive aspect of the process was the post-purchase service the Dealership took care of including tires, brakes, oil change and detailing. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Both times, when searching for a vehicle, I start with Bourne's auto price and try to get a better price/deal elsewhere. Bourne's was the best both times. For my second purchase I dealt with David Pair he was a very knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with. He was also very prompt with return phone calls. More

Easy purchase After researching used cars for my 18 year old daughter, including online, new car dealers as well as used, we bought the first one we looked at on Bo After researching used cars for my 18 year old daughter, including online, new car dealers as well as used, we bought the first one we looked at on Bournes website. Loved the no hassle price. Car was in better condition, about 20,000 miles less and $3000 less than the dozen (or more) we had looked at. They kept the car for a week to do some minor service. When we went to pick it up the purchase transaction took less than an hour. Only problem was it didn't pass inspection due to some minor body rot which they took care of immediately, and provided a rental car. Would def recommend them. More

Great buying experience! My uncle is retired and lives on Cape Cod. He had been shopping for late model BMW's at his local BMW dealership. I went with him to drive three cars My uncle is retired and lives on Cape Cod. He had been shopping for late model BMW's at his local BMW dealership. I went with him to drive three cars and he decided on the 535xi which was his favorite. He likely would have purchased the vehicle but the dealership gave him such a low offer on his trade we walked away. I found three similar vehicles at Bourne's and contacted David Pair in advance of our visit. We drove two of the three vehicles and my uncle chose a 535xi, which was one year newer and had 20,000 less miles than the car he wanted at the dealership. In addition, the car he bought was about $4,000 less than the car at the dealership, came with Bourne's warranty, plus the balance of the BMW factory warranty. As for the trade in, he got a very fair price. Overall the transaction was very efficient and his car has had zero issues. Couldn't be happier and would recommend Bourne's to anyone looking for a fair deal with no hassles. Eric L. Norton, MA More

The price of the car I purchase was lower than other dealers I visited, and the car had more options than the others. The no haggle pricing, and honesty is comforting. Trust is huge for me when making a purchase, and Bourne's earned mine. David Pair was great from the time I walked in the door until I drove off in my new car. He went above and beyond anything I expected. They did everything possible to make the experience great. David and the entire team at Bournes has earned a customer for life. Why buy new? Bourne's is the way to go! More
