Good overall experience. Second auto purchased through Bournes. The buyer seems to inventory cars that are great deals. Bournes prices are usually the best. Their offices, showroom, lot and service bays are well kept. I have purchased my second car with them through the same salesman, David Pair. Do yourself a favor and ask for David when you are looking for a car. He will not be the "typical" salesman and try all crazy sales tactics to sell you a car. Just talk with him. I'm a sales professional and when I deal with Bournes I always wonder why their sales approach is not aggressive...I think I have figured it out.....they don't need to be aggressive as they offer good cars at good prices...they are not jacking up the prices to make more money and keep you from going to another competitively priced car elsewhere...basically up front pricing "no haggle". At first there were some issues with closing the deal on the used BMW, however David pulled his Sales Manager (Chris O'Neill) into the picture and we sorted everything out where I am happy now. Our first Expedition was purchased at Bournes about 5 years ago and we just traded in the truck with 100,000 miles, unfortunately we traded it into another large dealer in Quincy and my experience was absolutely painful and I would NEVER go back and strongly tell others of this ordeal. Just really BAD sales tactics, lies, etc. Conclusion....good dealership....highly recommend to others looking for better than average used cars at the best prices around. David was fantastic in assisting to find a great used vehicle. I like that they allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic to have the car checked out!I also really like that everything can be accompl vehicle. The buying process was simple, no pressure and very straight forward. There were some minor issues with the vehicle upon delivery and the service team took complete and expedited care of everything. Purchased a 2007 Honda Accord - one owner just coming off lease with 42K miles. Selection of cars on lot was excellent. Sales force was very low key and helpful. Just walk around the lot and they ask if there is something you want to test drive. They run in and get the keys and off you go. On-line inventory available on web page was up to date and helpful. Prices as compared to other dealers was excellent. I had been lokking at cars for about a month and this was by far the best for both price and inventory Walked in and two hours later had the car I was looking for with no hassles or price haggling. I would definitely go back to this dealership for another car. It came recommended to me as a great spot with exxcellent mid to high end inventory. I agree. Picking up the car was a breeze. No aftermarket options push whatsoever. Just paid up and rolled home. More

ok. on first visit, I met the David Pair. He was so nice and friendly. Whatever Questiosn we asksed, he answered with patience. Also, he didn't force me to do anything. David was not ready to reduce on the car sticker price, so happened to buy the car with sticker price. I knew, car price was so high than the car value. love the no haggle process and feel like it was a really good price. my only problem so far was that the car was very dirty. after payment was kept for a day and a half to clean it. when the car was finally good price. my only problem so far was that the car was very dirty. after payment was kept for a day and a half to clean it. when the car was finally ready it still had stains all around the visors and the ceiling as well as foot prints on the back of the seat. also was a obviously a smoker car and they so didnt vacuum or clean out most of the cracks and crevices or detailed much. I was looking for a Nissan Altima Hybrid and ended up finding it on the Bourne's website. The site is extremely easy to use. And the price was lower than any other dealership. Knowing what I would be pay finding it on the Bourne's website. The site is extremely easy to use. And the price was lower than any other dealership. Knowing what I would be paying ahead of time was a huge advantage. Once I went to Bourne's I knew exactly what I wanted, and there was no pressure to buy from the salesman, David Pair, which was a nice change of pace. He explained everything and was very accommodating. I ended up with a 2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid and I am extremely happy with my decision. Just recently David emailed me to see how everything was going... talk about wonderful customer service! Overall the experience was great, and so is the car. More
