I met with Michael Rammah when bringing my car in for service this last visit. He was professional, polite and went out of his to answer my questions while my car was in for service for a couple of day service this last visit. Not sure I will return to the service department. I was happy that they fixed the issue that I came in with, but they added it in about a $3000 job for my car. I went in for an oil change and tire pressure gages not working. I knew my front breaks were going, and a I had a waddle in the front end, thinking something else was wrong. Sure enough I did need front br working. I knew my front breaks were going, and a I had a waddle in the front end, thinking something else was wrong. Sure enough I did need front breaks and front bushings, they fixed it all...They told me what needed to be done, I agreed and the shop had me out a little over an hour and a half...Great work, my car rides great, no worries about my front breaks, the waddle or tire pressue gages. I love the Service Department, Every person that I have dealt with has been honest, accommodating, Subaru (formerly Wakefield Subaru) for 20 years. I love the Service Department, Every person that I have dealt with has been honest, accommodating, and thorough in their dealings with me. What I like best is that before they start any work they tell you what it will cost, even if the mechanic finds something during their work on another part of the car, That is most reassuring to me as I am not familiar with most things mechanical in the car and to know exactly what it will cost helps me make an honest and fair decision regarding the potential repair. More

I brought my car in for service on October 13. David (the Service Advisor) and Adrian (the Service Technician) did a wonderful job. More importantly, they didn't try to sell any unnecessary serv David (the Service Advisor) and Adrian (the Service Technician) did a wonderful job.
