Dealer will not stand bye a used vehicle battery or get you in to see what is wrong for a couple of weeks. Branden was not helpful and when you ask to speak to Jeff Belzer you are told he does not come in you in to see what is wrong for a couple of weeks. I live in Bloomington and the only vehicle we have and we’re told we could not get it in for two weeks and then it would be a couple of days to determine what is wrong. We had another dealership come to my house and bring a battery, install and was charged nothing. Branden of JBC told me we would have to buy a battery because there was no warranty. When I told him we only had the one vehicle he said buy a battery at a local auto parts store. Salesmen said it was out of his hands and could not help us. More
