Attentive, Friendly and Efficient! (Yuliya was wonderful!) As the end of my lease term was coming up and I was recovering from surgery, I didn't have much energy to be spending the typical time going from deal As the end of my lease term was coming up and I was recovering from surgery, I didn't have much energy to be spending the typical time going from dealership to dealership shopping deals. When I went into the Freehold Subaru, Yuliya greeted us right away and was patient with all of our questions. When we had gone to the Old Bridge Subaru dealership, the difference was like night and day. The staff there were inattentive, no greetings upon entering the dealership (waiting for 30+ minutes before just leaving before returning another time), when it came to talking about leasing it was quite apparent which of these dealerships were better for new folks interested in joining the Subaru family. Upon returning to the Freehold dealership, Yuliya had already gotten things rolling and I can say that was the shortest amount of time I have ever spent signing a new lease. Everyone along the way of the process were super friendly and made the whole experience as easy for us as possible. Awesome experience I recently purchased an Outback Limited from Freehold Dodge & Subaru and had an outstanding experience. I walked through the lot with my wife and looked at the vehicles without being harassed with high pressure sales tactics that is very common at other dealerships. When my wife and I were ready to speak with a salesman we went to the office and was immediately met by Mike . Mike was very friendly and professional from our first encounter. Mike worked with the general manager and got me an outstanding price on a 2019 vehicle. They worked together to get us through the purchase process and quickly delivered a spotless fully fueled vehicle. Mike took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly went over the features of our new vehicle before we left. Several weeks after I purchased the vehicle I was notified via email from John that my plates came in. I easily made an appointment to obtain my license plates online. John was very friendly and professional the entire time. John is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and he took the time to answer all of my questions, which were many. I had originally purchased an extended warranty, but wanted to extend it. When I returned for my license plates I spoke to David about the possibility of doing so and he went out of his way to assist me.I was able to cancel the original warranty and purchase an extended warranty at a great price. David was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mike, John, David and Freehold Dodge & Subaru. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and attentive throughout the entire process. I will definitely return for any future vehicle needs. More
