Working again with Wayne Carpenter was positive and pleasant. He kept me informed about the status of picking up my new vehicle right up to when it was in port and when I should expect it to be availab pleasant. He was going to be out of town for the actual pick up time, but made arrangements with a colleague who was going to help finalize the deal.
