The Staff is amazing at Belleuve Honda As soon as I walked in the front door the ladies at the front desk greeted me with smiling faces and asked if they could help me. An honest review. I am really impressed by the sales person David q quach. He is such a great guy when it comes to talking to a customer. He heard every single thing we I am really impressed by the sales person David q quach. He is such a great guy when it comes to talking to a customer. He heard every single thing we had to say. But was little disappointed with the finance department. Me and my wife walked in the Honda of Bellevue today, we were awed by the sales person. Me and my wife were so excited to talk to David. He made us so comfortable and took us for a test drive and he gave us a great deal.however, When we met the financial department lady we became sad. They turned our student discount offer where we learned that the student discount if for person who has already graduated ( we would prefer if the deal was for current as well as currently graduated students).one more thing that stuck us that the financial department wanted a proof of her passport and pictures of her SSN isssued by the government( Which I think was weird for them to ask us). Honda of Belevue dealer is pretty nice. Good people around. But I would really appreciate if they would have got us some discounts. Toyota dealers are so great, they offer great financial apr rate and seasonal off . But the Honda dealers have no such deals on 2017 models. This shows that Toyota is really thinking about customers not about money. Let me talk about David q quach, he is such a gentleman. We had lunch together at his office (lunch paid by him), who does that??. He doesn't sale cars. He makes you " buy what you love". I don't know if that makes sense. But like every customer we walked in the stores, not sure if we wanted to buy a Honda, which after meeting him changed our attitude. We bought Honda CR-V, all thanks to his gratitude and honesty. I should say he really deserves the best sales person award not because of selling cars but I would say by " selling you your dream car". He is very heartwarming person, the first thing a buyer says when they walk in the store is that " we are looking to buy but not here to buy". Buying a New Car We bought a new car at “Honda Cars of Bellevue,” Omaha,Nebraska. Our salesperson was David Quach. What an atypical car purchase experience! Generall We bought a new car at “Honda Cars of Bellevue,” Omaha,Nebraska. Our salesperson was David Quach. What an atypical car purchase experience! Generally when we’ve purchased cars, we’ve always walked away with the perception that every car salesperson is dishonest. However, David Quach has proved us wrong. David was not aggressive or pushy. He was open, friendly and patient. We knew exactly what we wanted but still had many questions- He took the time to answer each - honestly! We know he was honest because we did extensive research on price, MSRP, invoice, etc. in advance. Extensive research included: Consumer Report, Costco, KBB, Edmuncs, Car and Driver, etc. We negotiated back-forth several times, and he presented our demand to his Manager. Our deal was done within an hour. Now came the time to get the car. David spent almost entire morning (3+ hours) going through details of all features of our new 2017 CRV Touring. We couldn’t remember all the information shared so proceeded to call him back several times for clarification- each time he remained pleasant. We couldn’t have asked for a better dedicated salesperson. Thank you David! More
