My salesperson I chose this dealership because I had my previous vehicle service there for five years and I trust the service department personnel. My salesperson, David Q was patient with me. I pre-shopped well in advance of my intended purchase and warned him not to bug me until I was ready. He listened! My only contact with him was when he sent an email to let me know about improvements Honda had made in the 2017 CRVs. Then, when I was ready to buy he was thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained all the features of the vehicle to me and even cleaned my old license plates before giving them to me. Tari B, the business manager was very pleasant and efficient. P S - I can't answer the last question on this survey because it asks me to choose between employees in different areas of the dealership. Everyone at this dealership has been great to deal with and, I believe, works in my best interests. More

No pressure, Listened to my needs in a vehicle, Exceptional I went to the dealership to look at the pilot and compare it to the Highlander as those of the two vehicles that I'm interested in making my next purc I went to the dealership to look at the pilot and compare it to the Highlander as those of the two vehicles that I'm interested in making my next purchase on. I told David right from the start that I was comparing the two vehicles and trying to make a decision on what would be my next purchase. David fully explained the vehicle and its features and had me test drive the vehicle he said since I was comparing the pilot to the Highlander he told me to pull into the Toyota dealership. I was extremely surprised to hear that. David had one of their sales reps pull a Highlander up next to the pilot to compare the vehicles pricing size everything even had a measuring tape to measure the space difference between the two vehicles. David spent a lot of time with me knowing that I was not planning on purchasing the vehicle that day but was trying to be educated on the vehicle itself he went over and beyond any of my expectations. This was the most pleasurable experience being at the dealership I've ever had and I have purchased many vehicles. When I do buy I'm definitely going back to purchase it from David. More

Also no doubt we will continue to feel that way when it comes to ongoing service and future purchases. It was immediately apparent to Lora and I that David Quach loves what he does for a living, knows what he is talking about and has a great sense of humor. Most importantly he was focused on helping us make a good choice and ensuring we would be happy about that choice long term. David explained all the features on the car and helped with the programming of those features which we appreciated very much. We would (and will) recommend David to anyone who is in the market for a car. We were equally impressed with Cheryl Oxner in the business office, she made the paper work a breeze, gave us some great advice on extended warranty and we enjoyed chatting with her during the process.
