There was a moment when the deal almost fell through due to a disagreement over extended warranty, but he worked with me to make it right and we made a deal that we both could agree on. In the end I got a really nice, very unique truck at a good price and since David Q worked out the details before I arrived we were in and out in about an hour. More

Mr. David Quertermous treated me like his long lost friend, he is a gentleman in every sense of the word, he was helpful, kind, extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I made a long distance purchase since I live 228 miles away from the dealership in Miami, he took me by the hand walked me through the procedure and answered every one of my questions and made me confident of my purchase sight unseen. Furthermore held the vehicle over the week end without a deposit from me until I was able to drive up and make the purchase I can't say enough about him and the dealership. It is obvious that this is a culture that permeates the entire dealership from the top down Mr. Kisselb ack was a delightful owner that made sure that his people behaved this way. To say that Ms. Tammy Walters is a delightful star is an actual understatement she made the paperwork part of the purchase an enjoyable experience 4 months ago I purchased a BMW and it took me 4.5 hours for the paperwork it was like pulling teeth, on the other side of the spectrum Ms. Walters had us in and out in approximately 30 to 40 minutes was friendly, efficient a true professional on what is always a tiresome procedure, she made fun, quick and informative she is a real jewel. I could go on forever, can't say enough about all of them in conclusion if you need a vehicle go see these people you won't be disappointed. More

In the effort to complete a 2nd cash sale at this dealership the mgr was unwilling to adjust the sale price or a lack of upgrading the tires to help make the vehicle safe for my wife to drive. The mgr did not have any options available. His own people printed options for me to negotiate. The offer was full price plus $1200 upgrade to tires . I was turned down. The effect this type of service has is detrimental to the future vehicle sales and or serviceability of existing kissleback vehicles. We all know that parts and service keep a dealer in the black after a sale. I bought a vehicle from a competitor that was willing to work with us. Now, I'd like to give you some good feedback. Dave in Finance is stellar and has a great personality for customer interaction. Dominica in Insurance is also a great asset to the dealership. Finally, my saleswoman Zoie Decker is the main reason I purchased this vehicle from your dealership. In talking to other business owners with similar transactions from Kissleback, I have been told that Zoie is 100% responsible for their sale as well. She is willing to go above and beyond for the customer and she is the most personable in sales. I would reccomend her to others for future sales. Unfortunately, I wont be buying additional and future vehicles or bringing in Ford vehicles to Parts and Service from Kissleback due to the leadership 's inability to work with returning customers. More
