Heiser made some mistakes that day with my car. The wrong size tires were installed. Luckily the realized it and fixed the mistake. The sales department is great made me a fair offer in my truck and we were able to work out a deal that worked for both of us. Paperwork was smooth the only bump was waiting to get the rest of the pay out f truck and we were able to work out a deal that worked for both of us. Paperwork was smooth the only bump was waiting to get the rest of the pay out for my truck and the taxes since I am in michigan they were going to mail me checks but after waiting for 2 weeks I did not see anything and called them and after about 20 minutes on the phone they finally wired me the money. Not sure why we couldn't start with the wiring money instead of mailing checks but who knows. The only thing with the vehicle was after driving 5 hours home i discovered the horn was broken but it should be covered under ford's warranty. If you are looking for a good salesman see Hutch. More

Not very helpful . I have a warranty but was told was rear main . But warranty won't cover it because they didn't physically remove the tranny to see it. If it is not th I have a warranty but was told was rear main . But warranty won't cover it because they didn't physically remove the tranny to see it. If it is not the rear main I have to pay $800 to have the tranny taken out. I don't think a warranty should be like that I'm on disability I don't have a disposable income. And the dealer will not work with me. More
