I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle we were interested in regarding its availability. We live 2 hours away and did not want to waste a trip. David Robinson said he would have it out front. We took a test ride. The vehicle we liked is a 2017 and we expressed concern about rust, David had the vehicle put on a lift for our inspection. The price was fantastic, we were offered a great price for our trade-in. Steve Lander was excellent in the Finance office. If I was in the market for another vehicle I would first look at Colonial Cadillac. They are worth the trip. More

On July 11, 2023, early afternoon, I contacted your dealership requesting information on 2017 Cadillac XT5. The receptionist connected me with Mr. David Robinson. I explained to Mr. Robinson that my wi dealership requesting information on 2017 Cadillac XT5. The receptionist connected me with Mr. David Robinson. I explained to Mr. Robinson that my wife Gloria and I reside in Southern Maine and that we wanted to confirm the availability of the aforementioned automobile. Mr. Robinson assured me the vehicle was available and that he would have the car in front of the dealership, which he did. In the past I have contacted a different dealership regarding a vehicle’s availability, was assured that it was available and upon arrival, was informed that the car was sold the previous day. When we arrived Mr. Robinson greeted us and immediately asked if we needed the restroom. The rest of our experience was equally exemplary. Mr. Robinson had the car put on a lift so that we could inspect underneath the car. We were quickly presented with an offer, which we accepted. We then met with Mr. Steven Lander to review and sign paperwork and purchase warranties. All of this was done in about 2 hours time. In the course of my life I have the opportunity to work for many organizations. I have learned that the success of any organization is dependent upon the employees. The staff that we have worked with during our purchase are professional, courteous and world class. More
