This is the 4th Jetta I have bought from Ide, the third with David. David is always very responsive to all my questions and he goes out of his way to make sure that we are happy with our purchase. From the first call to the final signature, David is there every step of the way, answering questions, making sure that we get what we are looking for within our budget. Anybody who is in the market for a new or used car should absolutely start at Ide and ask for David. Not only is the sales experience one of a kind, but the after sales service is also second to none.
